This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in the order dated 10.01.2014, on the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirunelveli District in Crl.M.P.No.Nil of 2014, in Crime No.1 of 2013 (now pending in C.C.No.7 of 2014) on the file of the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases at Poonamallee, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has already been released on bail.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
