The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the respondents to disburse to her, the 14 months' pension amount due from 31.01.2010 to 03.03.2011 and the commutation amount due, on account of the demise of her husband M.Rathinam, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 06.08.2017.

2.This Court also heard Mr.R.S.Selvam, learned Government Advocate, who took notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it fit to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.08.2017 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
