Heard M/s.Geeta Ramaseshan, learned counsel for the applicant and MR.T.K.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the 1st respondent.

Taking into consideration the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and after hearing the learned counsel on either side, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and accordingly, this application stands allowed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
