This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the land and issue patta in the name of petitioners comprised in Old https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.120 and New Survey No.120/8 at Nachipalayam Village, Tiruppur South Circle, Tiruppur District by considering the petitioners representation, dated 20.10.2021. 2.

Heard Mr.Deepan Uday, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners for issuance of patta, dated 20.10.2021 in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No.120 and New Survey No.120/8 at Nachipalayam Village, Tiruppur South Circle, Tiruppur District, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the counter parties if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
