This petition has been filed seeking to amend the sections as 296(b) of BNS, 2023 instead of Section 294(b) of BNS, 2023 in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.33472 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025. 1/3

2. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in an order dated 11.12.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.33472 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy. Further one week time is extended from the date of receipt of copy of the order for the petitioners to comply with the conditions.
