Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2819/2019/B3 dated 08/11/2019 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents to issue a Patta to the eligible beneficiaries by conducting a fresh enquiry. ORDER

The petitioner has approached the first respondent/District Collector herein with his representation dated 24.01.2020 for assignment of a plot of land.

2.Mrs.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government entered appearance for the respondents and made a statement on instructions that the process of enquiry is now underway and the case of the eligible candidate is being evaluated by the fourth respondent and the entire process will be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order.

3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.The respondents are now required to consider the representation of the petitioner as fairly as possible but, all times within the bounds of law and dispose of the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
