The petitioner has filed the present Petition seeking to implead the respondent as fourth respondent.

The respondent who is sought to be impleaded is the husband of the petitioner herein. The issue relates to their child. It is only appropriate that any order is passed in his presence. Hence, this Petition is allowed.

The petitioner may take notice to the fourth respondent, who has been impleaded through Court and also privately returnable by 23.01.2023.
