Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified to call for the records pertaining to the appointment order issued by the 2nd respondent in Letter No.TEXCO/301/1508/ Recruitment/ Posting Order dated 12.9.2018 appointing the 3rd respondent to the post of Assistant Security Officer (ASO) in Project No.15088, ONGC, Karaikkal and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the said post.
