Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose the representation made by the petitioner to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 30.11.2020 for closing the illegal pathway set up by the 4th respondent within a time frame.

Mr.Rahul Aditya, learned counsel for Ms.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel accepts notice R1 and R2 and Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts

notice for R3. In the light of order proposed to be passed, no notice is necessary to R4 at this juncture.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the official respondents i.e. R1 to R3 to consider his representation dated 30.11.2020 for closing of illegal pathway that, he alleges, has been put up by the private respondent i.e. R4.

3. The representation has been filed before R1, and, in the light of there being no objection to the relief sought for by the petitioner, as expressed by learned counsel for the respondents, mandamus is issued to R1 to dispose representation dated 30.11.2020 taking the assistance of R2 and R3 as well or any other official respondent that may be necessary, hear the petitioner as well R4 or any other private party that may be necessary and pass orders thereupon, in accordance with law and other rules and regulations within a period of twelve weeks from today.

4. This writ petition is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
