This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by the trial Court every Monday at 10.30 a.m. In order dated 13.10.2023 in MP.No.16456 of in Crl.Op.No.16805 of 2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified, to that effect, the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges.
