ORDER
(This case has been heard through video conferencing) The petitioner/defacto complainant in Crime No.1 of 2012 has filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation to the file of the second respondent CBCID, Villupuram.
2. There is no representation for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner accused in this Crime No.1 of 2012 filed anticipatory bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3980 of 2012 and this Court by order dated 31.07.2012 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused and directed the respondent police to expedite the investigation and file the final report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that in obedience to the order of this Court the investigation was completed and the case was closed as further action dropped in R.C No12 of 2012 and the same was served to the petitioner/defacto complainant on 08.01.2013.
