ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.4(b) by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.29718 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.29718 of 2024 dated 28.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for investigation.
