ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for Total Station Survey (machine survey) by a senior surveyor in order to properly indentify the boundaries of the petitioner's property.

2. The petitioner had submitted an online application on 03.08.2025 with the official respondents for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with by this Court. Page No.2 of 4

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner's application seeking for Total Station Survey (machine survey) is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the 5th respondent as well as any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to conduct the Total Station Survey (machine survey) with the assistance of the senior surveyor for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent and any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
