This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 273 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Bharathi Rajan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 273 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
