Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in para (d) of the order dated 29.10.2021 in Crl.MP.No.11121 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.15153 of 2021 to report to T2, Ambattur Estate Police Station daily at 10.30 am. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.S.THANU MADHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15153 of 2021 on 06.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
