This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 77 days in filing the appeal.

Mr.K.A.Mariappan, learned counsel, entered appearance for the respondent and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 77 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
