ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.10.2021 for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(n), 417, 506(1) of IPC, under Section 4 of the Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Section 67 of Information Technology Act 2000, in Crime No.13 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. This is the third bail application was filed before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant have become friends from the year 2015 and their relationship turned into love affair during college days. Further, the petitioner had sexual intercourse with her under the pretext of marriage and also threatened the defacto complainant to release her obscene videos in the social media. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been suffered incarceration from 14.10.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that earlier applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.22532 & 24177 of 2021 and there is no change of circumstances. He further submitted that there is serious allegation made against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is involved in a very serious offence and earlier applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
