3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.27730 of 2023 dated 11.12.2023 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, the petitioner shall execute the sureties and comply with the conditions on or before 31.01.2024.
