THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.727 of 2022 IN CRL OP.24512/2021 MATHIYAZHAGAN [ PETITIONER ] Vs THE STATE [ RESPONDENT ] REP.BY INSPECTOR OF POLICE, KARIMANGALAM POLICE STATION, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.591/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner passed in Crl.OP.24512 of 2021 dated 15.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S A.R.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24512 of 2021 on 15.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
