ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27145 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27145 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
