ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders, approving the appointment of the petitioner, Sr.S.Jacqulin Amala Rani, working as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the 5th respondent school with effect from 19.06.2023 and release salary with all service and monetary benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special
Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner was appointed as B.T.Assistant (Social Science) in the fifth respondent school on 16.06.2023, with effect from 19.06.2023 in the vacancy arising out of the voluntary retirement of one K.Amali Sweety on 31.05.2022. The said post is a regular sanctioned post with Grant-in-Aid from the Government. Accordingly, the petitioner was appointed with effect from 19.06.2023. After her appointment, the fifth respondent had sent a proposal to the third and fourth respondents for approval of her appointment. However, it is pending without passing any order so far.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third and fourth respondents are directed to pass order on the proposal sent by the fifth respondent for approval of appointment of the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant (Social Science) in the fifth respondent school, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
