Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.114 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police being a complaint under Section 420 of IPC, quash the same in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.114 of 2015.

This Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation at this stage and there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report, as the case may be within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
