O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 27.05.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 27.05.2015, in which he has stated that the opposite party has taken Rs.16,00,000/- on a promise of getting a job as teacher, by substituting the TRB sheet in Tamil Nadu Teachers Recruitment Board Examination.

4. On a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and a sum of Rs.2,65,000/- was returned, on account of which, the petition was closed by the respondentpolice. It appears that the opposite party has promised to return the balance amount before 20.02.2016, but he has failed to do so.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the third respondent-police and on such complaint being given by the petitioner, the same shall be enquired into by third respondent police and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
