This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant to grant leave to file this third party appeal against the common order dated 17.11.2022 insofar as passed in W.P. No. 19939 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who submitted that the appointment of the petitioner came to be set aside, without impleading her as party respondent to the writ petition, by order impugned herein, which is arbitrary, illegal and in violation of the principles of natural justice.

3. In view of the above, leave is granted and this petition is ordered accordingly.
