ORDER

This Court, by judgment dated 11.10.2017 made in CMA.No.111 of 2017 which was filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 21.10.2016 in I.A.No.83/2015 in O.S.No.48/2015 on the file of the District Court, Tiruvannamalai, directed the trial court, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.48/2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Order. While so, seeking extension of time to comply with the said order, the matter has been listed today before this Court.

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

Accepting the request made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai, in his Letter in Dis.No.3013/2020 dated 16.06.2020, further four months time is granted to comply with the order of this Court made in CMA.No.111/2017 dated 11.10.2017.
