This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.30530 of 2024 by an order dated 06.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 44 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.30530 of 2024 on 06.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 6.30 p.m., until further orders. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered. 21-01-2025 Lpp To
