ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition (b) imposed by this Honourable Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.29897 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition (b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29897 of 2024 dated 29.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
