O R D E R

(through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to pay the provident fund accumulation to the Petitioner for the period from August 1998 to March 2007 deposited in Provident Fund Account No. TN 784-A/1387 within a stipulated time along with accrued interest at the rate of 12% per annum.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the sum of Rs.4,97,138/- available in the Provident Fund Account No. TN 784-A/ 1387 has been remitted on 24.07.2020 to Account No. 503145139 of the Petitioner maintained in Indian 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Bank and she has also filed a confirmatory memo to that effect through e-mail dated 04.08.2020, which is placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges receipt of a copy of the same. In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in this Writ Petition. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
