ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30866 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur East Police Station, everyday at 10.30 am until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Mayiladuthurai and the case is posted for hearing on 29.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30866 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Mayiladuthurai on 29.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 4.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
