This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.06.2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner and the opposite party got divorce in the year 2013 and now it is alleged by the petitioner that her husband has not returned the shridana articles.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.276 of 2016 by the respondent police and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
5. In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
