The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the respondents herein to sanction and disburse the eligible DCRG with a reasonable interest for the continuous regular service of 11 years, 4 months and 15 days rendered by the petitioner, within a reasonable time frame.

2.This writ petition is coming up today for admission. It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.05.2018 to the respondent in respect of the prayer made in the writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.05.2018 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
