Respondent PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner representation given through online on 16.11.2018 and thereby direct the respondents to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner late father and late mother residing at No.32, Devanga Street, Dharmapuri.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation given through online on 16.11.2018 and thereby direct the respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner for death of his parents.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. It appears that the petitioner has applied a legal heir certificate through online on 16.11.2018 and the same has been uploaded in the online on 09.12.2018. Even without verifying the same, the Writ Petition has been filed by him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Mr.A.Radhakrishnan, Tahsildar, Dharmapuri Taluk, is also present before this Court and produced a copy of the legal heir certificate which was already issued.

5. As the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition without verifying whether the legal heir certificate has been issued, while the same has been made ready on 09.12.2018 itself, he is permitted to withdraw this Writ Petition only on payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) payable to the Chief Justice's Relief Fund within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
