This petition has been filed to modify the condition as to direct the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) as a non refundable deposit to the credit of Vallalar Sathyagnana Sabai, Vadalur, which is imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31166 of 2022 dated 20.12.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to financial difficulties, the petitioner is unable to comply the condition imposed on the petitioner and thereby, seeks modification of the above condition.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) as a non refundable deposit to the credit of Vallalar Sathyagnana Sabai, Vadalur. The other conditions shall remain intact.
