This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner in para No.7(a) of the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.29105 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
