ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para no.3 by an order dated 03.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18556 of 2024 in Page No.1 of 4
Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 and subsequently modified in para no.3 by an order dated 03.01.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.18556 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28652 of 2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
