ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the anticipatory bail condition imposed in Para 6(c) that "the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at about 10.00 a.m., until further orders" of the order dated 06.11.2025 in 1/4

Crl.M.P.No.2610 of 2025, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur with a condition that "the petitioners should appear and sign before the respondent police daily at about 10.00 a.m., until further orders". Accordingly, they have complied with the condition for 37 days and thereafter, they have filed a petition seeking relaxation in Crl.M.P.No.2851 of 2025 and the same was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur by an order dated 15.12.2025. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the very same condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the respondent for the period of 37 days, this Court is inclined to modify the said condition that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified. 2/4
