Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety as per the direction of this Hon'ble Court in the order dated 11.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19187 of 2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19187 of 2020 order dated 11.12.2020 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
