..Respondent(s) Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the 2nd respondent to issue sub division patta for the property in Survey No.240 now sub-divided as Survey No.240/1 measuring an extent of 0.33 cents, situated at Visharam Village, Wallajah Taluk, Ranipet district in the name of the petitioners by considering the petitioners' application in No.2025/0105/ 37/449911 dated 03.10.2025 and the reminder letter dated 03.12.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue sub-division patta in favour of the petitioners for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on their representation dated 03.10.2025 and reminder letter dated 03.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners seek for issuance of sub-division patta for the subject property. The petitioners have filed supporting documents along with their online application dated 03.10.2025. Since the said online application has not been considered till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid online application of the petitioners is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioners' online application
dated 03.10.2025 seeking for issuance of sub-division patta in their names, after hearing objections from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid online application of the petitioner. No Costs. W.M.P.No.1636 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of separate court fee.
