Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records related impugned proceedings passed by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.32/2018/Aa1, dated 08.03.2018 and to quash the same as unconstitutional, illegal and with a consequential direction to the respondent herein to permit the petitioner herein to continue as lessee over the shop No.C-2, Ground Floor, Aringar Anna Bus Stand Campus, Naravarikuppam Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Redhills, Chennai - 52, beyond 31.03.2018, as per Sec.321(11) of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act in pursuant to acceptance of renewal fee by way of receipt dated 21.03.2018. ORDER

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
