This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 03.08.2023 in WP.No.19830 of 2023.

2. The learned standing counsel submitted that as against the order of this Court dated 03.08.2023, W.A.No.1051 of 2024 has been filed before Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, wherein, the Hon'ble Division Bench has kept the contempt proceedings in abeyance.
