Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 5th respondent vide Ka.En.E.Va.A1/Ko.180/183/05 dated 06.09.2005 and quash the same and consequently directing respondents 1 to 6 to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2022 and pass orders. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner has come to this Court questioning the correctness of the order passed in the year 2005. Since the seventh respondent, in whose favour the order has been passed, allowing him to take water, has been enjoying the rights for the past nearly two decades, we are unable to entertain this writ petition.

2. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. WMP No.7085 of 2023 is closed.
