ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 417 r/w 120(b) of I.P.C in Crime No.169 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier when the matter is taken up for hearing on 22.01.2021, the learned additional public prosecutor submitted that the respondent police has issued notice under section 41-A of Cr.P.C but the petitioner did not appear for the enquiry and he has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court directed the petitioner to appear for the enquiry and co-operate with the investigation process and adjourned the matter for further hearing on 26.03.2021.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned additional public prosecutor would submit that despite the orders passed by this Court the petitioner had not appeared for the enquiry. The concerned Investigation officer is also present before this Court and stated that the petitioner is not co-operating for the investigation.

4. Concidering the facts of the case and the fact that the petitioner has not appeared for an enquiry, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
