... Respondents/Defendants Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to ad interim injunction restraining the 2nd respondent, his men, agents, servants and subordinates from alienating the "A" schedule suit property to third parties.

This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:

Original Application has been filed for an order of ad interim injunction restraining the 2nd respondent from alienating the suit schedule property to third parties.

2. The second defendant himself admitted that he had not alienated the suit schedule property to the third party. Hence, no further order is required to be passed for an order of interim injunction.

3. Accordingly, the original application is closed.

4.Though the defendants 4 and 5 have been served, no written statement has been filed on behalf of them and there is no representation on behalf of the defendants 4 and 5. The defendants 4 and 5 are therefore set ex parte.

5. Post the main suit on 22.12.2020 under the caption ''for framing issues'.
