O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Beena, Daughter of A.Charles, directing the respondents to cause production of his daughter/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for Respondents submitted that on 12.06.2015, the alleged detenue Beena/daughter of the petitioner appeared before this court and submitted that she was married with one Pradap Kumar. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the same was recorded by this Court while the alleged detenue made her submissions. In order to verify the age of the alleged detenue and the said Pradap Kumar, this Court adjourned the matter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the age of the alleged detenue and the fact was the alleged detenue has married with the said Pratap Kumar.
