Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondent police to produce petitioner's minor daughter namely L.Ashwini, aged about 17 years, before this Court and hand over to petitioner. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition is for securing the petitioner's daughter, who is claimed to be a minor and set her at liberty.

2. As per the direction of this Court, the third respondent herein had secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before us. Both the petitioner as well as his daughter expressed that they intend to live together as a family.

3. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, the petition stands closed.
