CMP.No.977 of 1999 and S.A.No.1774 of 1998 and S.A.No.343 of 1998 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondents 3 to 6 as respondents 3,4,5 and 6 in the above Second Appeal and to record the 2nd respondent as L.R of the deceased 1st respondent.

2.Heard both sides. The factum of the death of the first respondentGuruva Reddy in the appeal in S.A.No.1774 of 1998 as their legal representatives are not in dispute.

3.There is no serious objection raised by the respondent side. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
