2.The suit property is a vacant land.

Based on the written statement of the 6th defendant, A.No.82 of 2023 and A.No.2307 of 2022 are filed for amending the plaint.

3.A.No.82 of 2023 and A.No.2307 of 2022 are heard and allowed.

4.The Registry is required to ascertain if any additional court fee is required to be paid.

5.Subject to the above, the plaintiff is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint. Post the matter on 13.02.2023.
