(Delivered by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J) The appellant has filed memo dated 17.12.2024 reading as follows: 'The appellant respectfully submits that the credit facility availed by the borrower for which Mrs.Chamba Devi was mortgagor stood completely paid as conveyed to the undersigned vide accompanying e-mail dated 16.12.2024. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to record the same and close the Writ Appeal as settled and thus render justice.'
