ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. The respondent is the husband. The petitioner and the respondent were married on 24.08.2022. Due to certain differences, the parties have separated. Thereafter, the husband has initiated a proceeding in HMOP.No.224 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court at Kallakurichi.

2. The petitioner/wife pleads that she is working in Chennai and is unable to travel to Kallakurichi for the purpose of attending the proceedings.

3. Though the respondent/husband has been served, he has not entered appearance through a lawyer nor is he appearing in person to oppose the petition.

4. Taking into consideration the interest of the wife, HMOP.No.224 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court at Kallakurichi and is transferred to the file of the Sub court at Ambattur.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
