J U D G M E N T

This appeal is preferred against the Judgment and Decree, dated 31.12.2003 passed in LAOP.No.181 of 2002 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC-II), Ranipet, Vellore District, challenging the enhancement of compensation for the acquired land in L.O.P.No.181 of 2002.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that this Court, in respect of the land covered under the same 4(1) notification has dismissed the appeal preferred by the Land Acquisition Officer in A.S.No.554 of 2006. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that this Court may confirm the judgment and decree of the reference Court in L.A.O.P.No.181 of 2002.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader has no objection to dispose of the appeal in favour of claimants confirming the judgment and decree of the reference Court fixing the same value for the acquired land. The facts submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents are accepted as the learned Special Government Pleader has no objection, even though his submission was based on the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent.
